Mr. Osama Sadoon Memon has completed his LLB (Hons) from the University of London and his LLM in International Law, from the University of Sussex. After working for two years at a law firm and before starting his firm, he practiced independently as a High Court Lawyer and provided his legal expertise to several clients on various matters concerning the Civil Courts, Banking Courts, and the High Courts of Pakistan. Mr.Memon has personally also been at the forefront of several high-profile cases involving various government and public sector organizations such as the HEC, PTV, the Punjab Board, etc. In mid-2017, Mr. Memon founded his law firm by the name of 'Pak Legal'. Today, Pak Legal firmly stands as a recognized law firm within the legal fraternity while serving on the panel of various major corporate, commercial, and government entity clients including Allied Bank Limited, United Bank Limited, Meezan Bank Limited, Bank of Punjab, Habib Bank Limited, Faysal Bank Limited, Soneri Bank, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), Go Oil, Saudi Pak Real Estate, ETBP (Evacuee Trust Property Board), People Source Plus, Buraq Surgical International, NBP Housing Society, ICI Pakistan Limited, etc. Since 2020, he has also been serving as the special counsel for the Auqaf and Religious Affairs Department in Punjab. Currently, he is the Vice-Chairman of the Cyber Crime Control & Information Committee, and also, the Additional Secretary-General of the Gender Equality And Diversity Committee, at the Lahore High Court Bar Association.

Mr. Atiq ur Rehman Malik completed his BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bedfordshire and his MBA from the University of Surrey. He is an individual equipped with knowledge and expertise about business operations and marketing, and also, accounting and finance. He also cleared Modules A, B, C, and D of the Chartered Accountancy examinations. He is a professional with over 5 years of experience, attaining skills and capabilities from distinct industries including the power sector, construction sector, and financial services sector. His ambition, intellectual mind, proactive approach, and attention to detail, brought about several fruitful results for the organizations he has worked for.
Mr. Atiq is highly proficient in the development, implementation, and smooth execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Moreover, apart from business operations and marketing, his areas of expertise include team leadership, startups/Front end sales, Business Development, Channel Partner Management, Project Management, Finance Management, Inventory Controls and Management, and Event planning and executions.

A staunch feminist and women’s rights advocate, Aliza firmly believes in the power of legal reform to transform today’s society into a more inclusive and understanding one where the role of women in various avenues is respected. Currently working as head of youth for Think Tank Pakistan, she has a great mind for public policy and legislation. Believing in the power of communication, she has six years of public speaking to her name and is a certified TEDx host. She wishes to focus her energies on making Vanadium a more student-centric institution. She also leads the mooting chapter at Vanadium Law School which she calls a “must” in a student's guide.

Madame Saira Malik has completed her BSC (Hons) Management with Law from the University of London and her LLM in International Corporate and Commercial Law, from the Queen Mary University of London. She also has a course certification in international commercial Litigation and Arbitration from the London School of Economics (LSE). Saira is a professional with over six years of experience in various business and legal environments. She has a diverse portfolio and has worked in the Telecom, Energy, and Health sectors. Her key expertise lies in overseeing legal arbitration and mediation, contract negotiation and development, risk analysis, and mitigation. She has worked with renowned Organizations where she developed creative strategies to boost work productivity and increase customer satisfaction through a hands-on approach to management. In her field of work, she has successfully contributed to the growth of organizational goals and improved the overall efficiency of internal operations. She is currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Legal & Regulatory Compliance at ENGRO CORPORATION where she is responsible for implementing and managing an effective legal compliance program. She is also in charge of reviewing new contracts and agreements to ensure minimal legal risks. She has conducted various compliance audits and risk analysis concerning regulatory compliance. She has also developed audit programs for her organization.

ABID MUSTAFA KHAN RANA

Mr. Rana is a highly qualified and experienced Lawyer who has had the opportunity to practice law in the U.K and Pakistan for almost 22 years. He has strong written and oral advocacy skills and his extensive legal experience has provided him with outstanding analytical and logical reasoning. He has immense command over both local and foreign, substantive and procedural, law.

In 2015, Mr. Rana’s love for his country encouraged him to move back to Pakistan. Since then, he has been spearheading his private practice in Lahore at Rana & Co. Legal and Corporate Consultants. Before then, he had been practicing in London as a Principal Solicitor at Rana & Co. Solicitors. During his career abroad he worked at various other well know establishments as a legal professional. During his practice years in the UK, he dealt with various contentious matters in Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Family Law, Landlord and Tenants, and Immigration Law. He has had the opportunity to present his cases before the County and Family courts and other Tribunals. In the past, Mr. Rana has also dealt with matters before the High Court and the Court of Appeal of England and Wales.
